Approach

I believe in a down-to-earth, no-pretense approach that invites honesty and deep exploration. Whether in therapy or consulting, I take a holistic view—considering both individual experiences and relational dynamics.

In therapy, I combine evidence-based practices like EMDR with empathy and understanding to foster healing and growth.

In consulting, we’ll look at what each person brings into the room (because let’s be honest—that invisible baggage barely fits through the conference room door!) and how those dynamics impact communication and collaboration. I’m a straight shooter—I’ll supportively point out what I see and hear, including where you might be getting in your own way. But this isn’t a one-size-fits-all process. We’ll work collaboratively, at your pace, to create real, sustainable change.

I haven’t read every self-help book out there, and I won’t prescribe them to you. I’m not the expert in your business—and I won’t pretend to be. What I bring is an outside perspective, a deep understanding of human behavior, and a commitment to helping individuals and teams communicate more effectively.

About Me

Outside the office, I love learning about business, therapy, investing, and most things outdoors.

I raise & train horses, garden way too much, and indulge in agricultural pursuits; so yes, that just might be something smeared on my face, lets call it earth's makeup...

I have an “all in” personality, and a love of challenge. This is seen in my work and passions; why have a horse when I can raise and train, why go to a grad school when I can challenge myself to go to the top school, why not run my own business…

If you're looking for real combined with sophisticated levels of training, you've come to the right place.
