Can I meet with you 1:1 to discuss what I’m experiencing in a particular relationship dynamic?

Absolutely. I can work with individuals one on one to identify what is challenging them in particular dynamics and help navigate challenging relationships.

How is feedback provided?

This is something we will discuss prior to my attendance. There are two ways this can look: in meetings of two or three people it can be helpful to work through breakdowns right there, as the misalignments are occuring. The alternative option, I observe meeting in silence, and meet with folks after the meeting, to provide feedback and strategies to improve.
